Welcome to East County Endodontics in San Diego! Thank you for choosing our office for your endodontic needs!

Preparing For Your First Visit
Advance planning makes it easy!
1. Complete your patient form
Prior to your visit, please complete your registration form and bring it with you on your first visit.
2. Provide insurance information
Before your appointment, provide any dental insurance information to our financial coordinators so they can coordinate with your insurance provider to determine a cost estimate for your consultation and treatment.
3. Let us know about allergies, medical conditions and medications
Prior to treatment, please alert the office if you have any allergies or medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) that may be of concern or if you are on any medications (e.g., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
When You Visit Us

Our friendly dental team will welcome you to our office. We have complimentary refreshments in our reception area.
Dr. Sarshar will meet with you to discuss your X-Rays and recommendations.
If additional treatment is required, you will be presented with a treatment plan and an estimate.
Referral slip
Please bring your referral slip if it was given to you by your referring dentist.
Patient under age of 18 years
All patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all appointments.
X-RAY
If your dentist has taken radiographs (x-rays), you may request that he/she forward them to our office. In most cases, however, it will be necessary to obtain a digital radiograph in our office prior to your consultation/treatment.
New Patient Registration
You can complete your registration forms before you come in for your treatment.
Before Endodontic Procedure
Patients can find useful pre-procedure instructions from the endodontist, which includes guidelines on medication, food and drink intake, etc.
After Endodontic Procedure
We prioritize your well-being by providing post-procedure instructions covering crucial topics like medication management ensuring a comfortable recovery.
Dental Insurance
We work with various dental insurance providers to secure coverage for your endodontic treatment, prioritizing your dental and financial needs.

Our financial policy aims to provide transparent and flexible payment options, tailored to meet your unique needs and budget, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
