Our team is dedicated to helping you get the most out of your insurance benefits, so you can receive the best possible care without breaking the bank.

• Estimate of Insurance Coverage – When you receive treatment at our office, we will provide you with an estimate of the amount that your insurance company will cover. This estimate is based on the information that your insurance company provides to us.
• Limitations of the Estimate – It’s important to note that this estimate is not a guarantee of the final payment amount. There are a few reasons why this may be the case:
  • Pending claims from other healthcare providers may not be fully processed by your insurance company yet.
  • Your insurance company may have certain limitations or exclusions in your policy that affect the coverage amount.
• Filing Insurance Claims – We will file all insurance claims on your behalf as a courtesy to our patients. However, it’s important to understand that this does not transfer the responsibility of your financial obligation to your insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for any fees that are not covered by your insurance policy.
• Final Payment Amount – If the payment amount from your insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate we provided to you, we will adjust the payment accordingly. We will either bill you for the difference or issue a refund for any overpayment. We want to ensure that you are only responsible for the final payment amount that you owe.
