Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- We will work with you and your insurance provider, if applicable, to determine your allowable benefit.
- For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
- We also accept CareCredit as a payment option, subject to credit approval.

Insurance Coverage
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your dental insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
